Formerly the Irish Festival 5K, join us in Dublin for the annual Dublin Irish Festival Four Miler! Come for the race, stay for the party! Make this a new 'running' tradition followed by the famous Dub Crawl! The run will be fun for the entire family, so don't forget your camera! The four Miler is for both runners and walkers, regardless of speed or experience. Just be sure to wear some 'green'! The race begins in Historic Downtown Dublin. The Capital City Pipes and Drums will be playing along the route and post race food will be provided by Bridge Street Pizza!Every participant will receive a free ticket to the Dublin Irish Festival!



Event Information

The Start/Finish will be in Historic Downtown Dublin near the intersection of Bridge St. and Dublin Rd.

 

  • Start Time - 7:00 p.m.
  • Course: The course map is available here
  • Field: Open to all runners and walkers
  • Awards: Top 3 male and female overall winners will receive special awards, as well as awards to every 25th finisher.
  • Entry Fee: $25 before July 24th. $30 on July 24th through July 30th. $35 on race day (if not sold out).
  • The entry fee includes a colorful event technical shirt and a ticket for free entry into the Dublin Irish Festival!
  • Race Day Registration and Packet Pick Up: Race day packet pickup will be in Historic Downtown Dublin near the intersection of Bridge St. and Dublin Rd. starting at 5:30 p.m. The 2008 Dublin Irish Festival 4 Miler is sold out, there will be no registration on race day.
  • Pre-race packet pickup will be available at Fleet Feet Sports on Polaris Parkway (More Information Below).
  • Parking: Parking is available at the Dublin Village Square parking lot
  • For the safety of all the participants pets and alternative modes of transportaion like bicycles and inline skates are not permitted.

 

 



Pre Race Packet Pick Up

Pre-race packet pickup only, no registration, will be available at Fleet Feet Sports located at 1174 E. Powell Rd. Lewis Center, OH 43235.

 

Packets will be available:

Monday July 28 NOON - 8:00pm

Tuesday July 29 10:00am - 8:00pm

Wednesday July 30 10:00 - 8:00pm

 

Packets not picked up by 8:00pm on Wednesday July 30th can be picked up race day starting at 5:30pm in Historic Downtown Dublin near the intersection of Bridge St. and Dublin Rd.

 


Famous City of Dublin Dub Crawl!

Stick around after the run for the famous City of Dublin Dub Crawl!

  • 7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Beth Patterson will be playing at the Dublin Village Tavern
  • The Kell's will be playing at Ha'Penny Bridge Imports from 5:30 p.m. - 6:50 p.m. and 7:20 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
  • Brigid's Cross will be playing at the Brazenhead from 8:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
  • Charlene Admiza and Friends will be playing at Tucci's from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
  • Sue Mogan will be playing at Starbuck's from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
